• Good communication skills. able to manage email correspondences in English.

Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Sales Admin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide sales support to the sales team in administrative area
• Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, quotations, documents and CRM) and customer inquiries
• Prepare and tabulate daily/ weekly / monthly sales reports for the sales team
• Monitoring inventory movement vs sales forecast and update into the system
• Customer relationship management
• Supports in organizing customer visits, meetings etc
• Gathering feedback from customers and report to the sales team
• Work with the other depts to enhance the customer service support
• Assists in other ad-hoc assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE O Level / GCE A Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales Admin

• Able to work rotating Saturday duty
