What you will do:

We are looking for an L3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts in the dynamic APAC region. While the focus of this role is the region, responsibilities are not limited to the region, this is a global role. Responsibilities:

Program Support Activities

• Develop and deliver training within the scope of ATM system contracts.
• Develop and maintain the training syllabus including:Production and maintenance of training methods/tooling and documentation as directed by the Training Manager.

  Managing access to eLearning as required by project/program requirements.
