An operations specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. This role may also involve other tasks such as inventory management, customer service, and e-commerce sales:

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery
• Procurement: Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services
• Inventory management: Use Shopify & Excel to update inventory levels, replenish stock, and ensure adequate inventory
• Inventory control: Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
• Customer service: Handle customer inquiries via whatapps & email and provide excellent service
• E-commerce sales: Set up and manage e-commerce sales and promotions, and update product descriptions and images

Other responsibilities may include: Processing returns, Scheduling deliveries, Managing payments, and Receiving and restocking items.

Some requirements for this role may include:

• At least two years of related experience
• Strong experience with e-commerce marketplaces
• Attention to detail and good follow-up skills

Requirements:
