RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk, working closely to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Experience: 1 - 3 years Proven experience in Level 2 application support within the financial services or trading technology space. Expertise in front-office trading platforms and financial applications, such as ION, Bloomberg, MarkitWire, Fidessa, Front Arena, CME Brokertec, TradeWeb, and Trading Technologies. Experience supporting a diverse range of financial products, including IR and CR Derivatives, TRS, Equities, Fixed Income, FX products. Key responsibilities

• Supporting of Commodity Trading and live position applications during trading hours.
• Support of CTRM and connected upstream/downstream applications for Intraday and End of day activities.
• Take appropriate actions to ensure that time-critical batch steps run successfully. This may involve root cause analysis of issues and taking appropriate corrective actions (fixing curves, excluding deals/portfolios etc.).
• Monitor applications availability and report issues pro-actively.
