Job Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage import/export documentation, including delivery orders, insurance documents, invoices, certificates of origin, health certifications, and other paperwork.
• Ensure documentation complies with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by promptly addressing concerns.
• Leverage import/export expertise to boost customer confidence.
• Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules closely to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable for accurate financial tracking.
• Keep documentation organized, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for audit preparation and address discrepancies proactively.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing import/export documentation.

Cloud Services Support:

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS and Azure environments, including troubleshooting cloud services, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to cloud performance, connectivity, and security.

Operating Systems Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Linux and Windows servers, including performance tuning, system updates, and patch management.

Active Directory and Related Services:
