JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for sales support administrative matters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You need to handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Establish client relationship and build rapport.
• Able to generating of new corporate clients through cold calling.
• You need to assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.
• You need to prepare event order according to established S.O.P.
• Maintain all Catering and Conference files in accordance with established procedures and standard.
• You need to prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department.
• Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to achieve monthly sales targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• You must have a “O” Level / Diploma in the Hospitality industry.
• You must have a minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.
• Able to converse effectively in English and Chinese to handle both English and Chinese speaking customers.
• Must be self-driven and sales orientated.
• You must an outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual and yet as a team member.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
