A construction sales manager's responsibilities include:

• Leading the sales team: Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals

• Utilize specific software programs to manage the sales process effectively.
• Address daily customer service inquiries and complaints, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor customer payment terms closely, ensuring timely payments and preventing overdue amounts in line with contract agreements.
• Collect customer payments and ensure all accounts remain up-to-date.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
