Job Description

• Assist in the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key IT risks, ensuring alignment with established IT risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Support the risk and controls self-assessment (RCSA) exercises and help manage audits with minimal supervision, handling IT governance, compliance procedures, and technology-related queries.
• Manage email communications with banks, auditors, and internal departments, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups related to the Card Centre and IT operations.
• Provide support for IT operations and internal/IT audits, especially in areas like PCI-DSS, OSPAR, and card production
• Consistently follow up on IT and compliance matters, review yearly plans with senior management, and collaborate with the IT/Operations team to address compliance gaps and ensure prompt updates to documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, IT networking, programming, and PowerPoint presentations.
• At least 3 years in IT operations, internal/IT audit, with relevant risk certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) considered an advantage.
• Experience in supporting IT and operational audits.
• Comfortable working in a production environment

Must be independent, proactive and self-motivated

Requirements:

Preferably at least 2 years and above IT desktop support experience in the similar position

Qualifications

Study at Nitec/Diploma in IT or Computer science related field are in advantage

Knowledge in VMware and Windows 10 Environment (preferred)

Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.

• Develop, test and maintain high-quality software solutions using Kotlin, SQL, Java, Oracle, Openshift/Cloud, Spring Boot and Http4k
