What you will do:

We are looking for an L3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts in the dynamic APAC region. While the focus of this role is the region, responsibilities are not limited to the region, this is a global role. Our team members operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to frequently coordinate their activities with their peers.

You will have worldwide responsibility for supporting the installation and service of our hardware solutions. How you will do it:

Job Description:

The Freight Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our freight invoice audit processes. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of freight billing practices and have competency in optimizing invoice audit processes. In this role, you are to maintain close collaboration with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and DFS 4PL Control Towers to ensure freight invoices are submitted in full and on a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Higher in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 3-year experience in any SAP S/4 Hana modules: SD, MM or FI in consumer electronic sales industry (holding SAP S/4 Hana proficiency / training certificate is a plus)
• Good Teamwork
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

Working days: 5 days
