Job Description:
Communicate with customers as well as carrying out minor repair duties in a Shoe Repair Shop

- Will be trained to understand the construction of shoes & bags, understand its problem and how to repair it.
- Consult customers on the repairs that they need
- Contact customers for completed repairs
- Duplicate Keys

- 11am - 9pm (including weekends, if needed)

- incentives/bonuses provided on top of base salary

Skills that will be taught: Customer Interaction Skill, Glueing, Stitching, Polishing, Cleaning, etc. No Experience and qualifications needed. Training will be provided.

Be part of the team of a prominent Japanese semiconductor distributor expanding its share worldwide:

• Be in charge of Japanese customers in Southeast Asia as Sales PIC and handle daily enquiries on quotation, delivery, quality, environmental, legal, financial, technical and other related service.
• Communicate with internal parties and customers to optimize customer satisfaction while considering company’s interest / policy and having good communication, time management problem solving to handle wide-ranging transactions and issues.
• Conduct face-to-face or online meeting with customers or internal parties to maintain good relationship, to know customers’ production trend to budget sales amount or to discuss daily topics.
• Make an effort to avoid or clear long term inventory and update the status in various internal tools.
• Some Business trips will be required, whenever assigned, to visit our overseas customers.
• To be engaged in the Company’s expansion into new business sectors that is beyond semiconductor distribution.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering will be beneficial
• Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above) or if not sufficient yet, willing to skill up
• Working experiences in semiconductor or electronics (min 2-3 years) or strong Japanese educational background or/and working experience in Japan
• Good communication skills with pleasant personality to work in team
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attitude, logical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experiences with ERP system like Oracle/SAP
• Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import & logistics (warehouse/forwarding) will be advantageous

Manufacturing Process:

• Operate Tape and reel machine according to the required output.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Prepare material to be used for tape and reel process.
• Coordinate machine buy off to technician and QA.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure the consistent supply of materials throughout the production cycle.
• Update batching list / production records.
• Document production data such as quantity, quality, and downtime reports.
• Feedback any rejection / issues encountered during tape and reel process.
• Identify and report any malfunctions or operational issues to the production supervisor.
• Operate vacuum sealing machine according to the required output.
• Prepare packing materials to be used for tape and reel process.
• Update production records
• Identify and report any malfunctions or operational issues to the production supervisor.
• Other tasks related to operations assigned based on business needs.

Quality Assurance:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Perform incoming and outgoing inspection of finished goods.
• Feedback any rejection / nonconformities encountered during inspection.
• Perform machine buy off prior production run.
• Perform buy off activity for new package.
• Updating / keeping records of any discrepancies found
• Daily updating of inspection result.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements and use cases

- Conduct POC, demo, testing and setup of security system and video analytics

- Process knowledge of basic security technology including video analytics and application scenarios

- Manage and execute new/existing projects

- Collaborate with product teams to address specific customer needs and feedback

- Design and propose security technology solutions tailored to different verticals

- Process market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, hospitality, etc.

- Forward looking in term of industry/technology trend to improve business portfolio

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into

technical solutions

- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security

- Process negotiation, networking, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage
