Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales-related role. Experience in software sales is a strong advantage.

About the role

As an Audience Growth Specialist under the The Straits Times’ young audience brand Headstart, you will play a key role in driving the distribution of ST's broad range of content through social media and messaging platforms, with the aim of growing reach among the younger audiences in Singapore and beyond.

You will be exposed to exciting opportunities to craft new initiatives eg. features, videos, social posts, to introduce Headstart to new audiences. You will work closely with and be well supported by ST's team of journalists, photographers, and multimedia producers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Implement a distribution strategy on social media platforms to boost traffic to Headstart content
• Curate and create social posts and short-form videos
• Stay on top of features and trends on various social platforms
