About the role

Reporting to the Head of Vertical - Beauty, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Beauty vertical and will be responsible in providing support for various marketing, communication and projects in the region. This 6-months full-time internship commences Dec 2024/ Jan 2025.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the custody services, ensuring efficient and secure management of digital assets.

- Risk Management

• Monitor and analyze emerging risks in the cryptocurrency market, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and market trends.

- Stakeholder Communication

Scope of Works:

1. Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
2. Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.
3. Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.
4. Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.
5. Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
6. Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Managing distributor of BYD passenger vehicles to ensure smooth operation and set targets are met.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to join the Asian team as Sales Manager Asia for the Infrastructure sector. Your main responsibility is to co-develop and execute the GRESB Infrastructure business development plan for your assigned territory within the Asian region. The Chinese Media Group (CMG) is seeking a Copywriter/Copy Editor to join its Branding & Marketing (B&M) team. The B&M team is responsible for co-developing and implementing respective CMG news brands’ strategies, as well as driving effective marketing and communication plans to create strong brand value. These news products include Lianhe Zaobao, Shin Min Daily News, ThinkChina, ZBSchools, HeyKaki, UFM100.3, 96.3 Hao FM, UWeekly etc.

As the Copywriter/Copy Editor, you will be the key to reinforcing the respective brands’ identity and tone through consistent and effective communication materials, both locally and regionally. You are expected to:

● Develop a thorough understanding of CMG and its brands’ mission and business goals.

● Ideate, craft and execute original and localized concepts in response to various campaign briefs.

● Review and approve communication material copies including but not limited to brand and product descriptions, advertisements, newsletters, content pieces (e.g. articles, videos, social media posts), press releases, event collaterals, awards entries, user surveys, and ensure copies adhere to house style guidelines and brand identity.

● Use basic analytics to test and prove effectiveness of copies.

We are seeking a driven, motivated and passionate Sales Admin Support as we embark upon our exciting new phase of growth and expansion in the PBSA sector in several major cities in Australia.

You will be employed under Y Suites by Wee Hur Hospitality Pte Ltd (Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, which is the entity that is responsible for the success of our PBSA management brand. You will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Sales & Reservations and Regional Senior Manager, Business Development. You will be required to work closely with our Sales team in Singapore and BD team in China.

This role is designed for professionals with robust track record in sales admin support, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong detail-oriented mindset and deep motivation to learn and grow. Experience in Sales support, Reservations or Admin coordinator within the hospitality industry are added advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

You will assist the sales team to retrieve and collate reports, check room availabilities, and make changes to existing reservations. You will need to manage 2 key software systems, namely a sales CRM and an enterprise property management software, so experience and track record in data retrieval and software system utilisation is strongly preferred. 2. To have a deep and robust understanding of our product.
3. Provide reliable and consistent support on data input and churn out for reporting purpose.
4. Provide weekly room occupancy data from PMS, Competitor Pricing checklist report and other sales admin reports required by the Assistant Manager, Sales & Reservations.

Reporting to Head, CMG Market Solutions, the candidate will work with CMG's newsrooms and stakeholders on the following:

You will work closely with the Editorial team, as well as the community engagement, content licensing, regional partnership and Branding and Marketing teams to promote and sell integrated media solutions across the various CMG platforms, ranging from print, digital, young audience, radio to out-of-home media, to businesses. This includes drafting of sales proposals and preparation of client presentations.

Also, you are expected to grow and exceed personal sales targets as an individual, and be part of a bigger team to drive revenue as a whole. You will also be required to carry out markets, competitors and clients intelligence gathering.
