• Build prospect engagement strategies and partner with marketing, business development, product and other departments to build qualified pipeline in cold and warm channels
• Pitch our next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and Fintech companies
• Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders at prospective merchants, and implement winning negotiation strategies
• Become the expert on Checkout.com’s technology stack, help new merchants understand the value of Checkout.com to solve their pain points, and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities.
• Orchestrate the entire Sales process, drive urgency and work to mutual action plans, and act as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by having a deep understanding of their industry, pain points, and needs.
• Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends.
• Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information.
• Act as an ambassador for Checkout.com

Your Impact

• Support JAPAC analytics, providing value-adding insight in strategic investment areas, core & growth technologies as well as managing the operational cadence of the business
• Coordinate with JAPAC wide Sales Ops to facilitate the local needs and requirements of the business
• Assist Theater/District Sales Leader in weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly deliverables
• Be active part of Theater/District Planning Cycle
• Collaborate with Field to increase the success rate of the Sales Program/Sales Play
• Coordinate the Forecasting processes
• Support and operationalize the JAPAC Sales Ops mission of being the trusted ‘Value Add’ Business Advisors for Sales Leadership & Management
• Being the ‘Voice of Field’ by representing and driving Field needs back to company
• Making it easy to do business internally & externally with Palo Alto Networks
• Support the Field Operations team in:
• Support the execution of Sales Strategy and Initiatives
• Ad-hoc Sales/Business requests 
• Organizational/Territory Design
• Business Intelligence (reports, analytics, dashboards)
• Territory Quota Modeling
• Design, document and implement business processes
• Provide business analytics (G Sheets/Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, Clari, Einstein, Asana)
• Assist in localizing Sales Enablement Materials, Pitch Deck to local markets as needed
