Role Description

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through scheduled customer visits and effective communication.
• Cultivate robust business connections to generate new sales opportunities
• Offer technical expertise & parts enquiries to Ship Managers and Offshore customers
• Parts sourcing, price calculation and quotations.
• Actively follow up on quotations and close the sale.
• Order processing, issuing supplier PO & shipment arrangements globally
• Coordinate between Customers, Suppliers & Transporters/Forwarders for smooth parts delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.

Role Requirements:

· Have a minimum of 2 years of sales or operations role, particularly in the marine and offshore heavy equipment and crane industry.

· Technical knowledge of operating principles of hydraulic, mechanical & electrical components

· Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.

· Strong problem solving skills , decision making abilities

· Able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools and Odoo System is highly recommendable

· Possession of a car and a valid Class 3 driver's license is preferred.
