As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
• Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during the registration process.

You will be part of an IT infrastructure Support Team managing mission critical high-tech biometrics devices at critical locations of significant national interest. You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational down-time.

As a IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following :-

• Assist the project teams with setting up, installing, and configuring operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices for PCs/Workstations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement during the APAC time zone. Key metrics include SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates;
• Proactively deliver insights from data and trends seen in the queues, and suggest improvements;
• Specifically, the scope of work includes:

1. Content review:Responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted reports of intellectual property infringement on the social media Family of Apps. This may involve assessing the validity of the report, determining whether the content violates social media policies or applicable laws, and taking appropriate action such as removing the content or disabling the account.
2. Correspondence management: Manage correspondence with users who have submitted reports of intellectual property infringement, as well as with rights holders and their legal representatives. 3. Data entry and record keeping: Responsible for accurately entering data into the systems and maintaining detailed records of all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement. This may involve using specialized software or tools to track and manage reports, as well as generating reports and analytics as needed.
4. Policy and legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property, as well as the social media's internal policies and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement are compliant with these requirements.
5. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge in the area of intellectual property operations. This may involve attending workshops, webinars, or other training sessions, as well as completing online courses or certifications.
