Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Follow-Up
Ā· Track and monitor the progress of all business development projects, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely updates and adherence to project milestones.
Ā· Serve as a liaison between the Business Development Director and various teams, facilitating clear communication and efficient project management.
Ā· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, key actions, & timelines.
Ā· Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, holding team members accountable for deliverables to maintain momentum across projects.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Ā· Effectively communicate project updates, instructions, and feedback from the Business Development Director to the team, ensuring prompt action and clarity.
Ā· Support relationship management with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating smooth, professional, and effective communication.
3. Operational & Administrative Support
Ā· Provide administrative support on various business development activities, including preparing documents, managing data, and conducting necessary research.
Ā· Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and other operational needs for the Business Development Director.
Ā· Manage ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed to support the productivity and efficiency of Rigel Technologiesā Business Development team.
4. Calendar /Whatsapp & Email Management
Ā· Oversee and manage the Business Development Directorās calendar, arranging meetings, appointments, and coordinating schedules to avoid conflicts.
Ā· Prioritize meeting requests based on strategic importance, project deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
Ā· Prepare necessary materials for meetings, ensuring the Director is well-informed on objectives and relevant discussion points.
Manage WhatsApp chat and email
Job Requirements:
Ā· Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Ā· Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
Ā· Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders.
Ā· Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ā· Proficiency in managing administrative tasks such as document preparation, data management, and research.
Ā· Experience managing senior management calendars, prioritizing meetings, and coordinating schedules.
Ā· Ability to handle email and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp) efficiently, prioritizing messages based on urgency.
Ā· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain accuracy across tasks.
