For the probation period: You are expected to report 9am - 6pm, and focus on generating 10 leads every day, and close sales every week.

Your probation period ends once you achieve the sales target. Afterwhich, you are responsible for how much you want to earn through your own hard work.

Job Description:

• To outreach and engage working people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
• To propose suitable training solutions to customers via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events.)
• To actively participate in assigned corporate events, road-show, class visits, and seminars
• Actively scout the environment to grow one’s sales portfolio
• To build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one’s portfolio
• Responsible for personal sales portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to both existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales orders, contracts, and other relevant documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner, following up on overdue payments and resolving billing discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Communicate with customers with patience, empathy, and respect, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or similar roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
