We are partnering with a global medical manufacturer company to actively recruit for an E-commerce Specialist, to be based in Singapore.

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.

Primary responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and maintaining products on Amazon US/Europe/Southeast Asia platforms, including listing, updating, promoting, and optimizing product pages.
• Oversee the overall operation and management of cross-border online stores, including but not limited to traffic acquisition, ad placement, content operation, marketing analysis, and data analysis.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans to improve product rankings.
• Be familiar with the rules and strategies of major cross-border e-commerce platforms.
• To collect and analyze competitor and market information.

Job Description

• Manage all technical and commercial components for multi-disciplinary services bids.
• Preparation of internal governance, production of winning proposals and presentations to drive business growth.
• Coordinates and manages proposal technical components, internal governance, pricing and presentations.

• Fully understands the requirements of the RFP, coordinates with technical leads for required technical and commercial inputs.

• Verifies that all legal qualifications and the southeast asia risk committee directives have been included in the final bid document before submission to the client.

• Diploma with a minimum of 4 years working experience for Bids & Proposals
• Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
• Proficient level of English both oral and written
• Highly organised, meticulous, with an eye for detail
• Comprehensive range of administrative skills and client support services
• Excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee TikTok matrix operations, including account positioning, growth strategies, content scheduling and planning, uploading and publishing, copyright management, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring.

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the entertainment or content industry, with experience in content operations or overseas social media operations are preferred.
