This position identifies training needs and develops customized training paths in order to achieve satisfaction and loyalty. They provide an extensive curriculum to educate our audiences on the use of; sale, support and value of the Geotab product suite, in addition to our Marketplace Partner integration offerings. As part of Geotab's global strategy, this role will play a key part in supporting our growing presence in Indonesia and Thailand. Fluency in the local languages is critical to ensure seamless communication, understanding of local market nuances, and effective training delivery for our partners and customers.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist in mapping training plans for employees, customers and resellers.
• Initiate and deliver comprehensive onboarding processes and technical training to partners and customers, learn and apply new delivery methods with the help of senior training specialists, adapting training curriculums (outsourced and/or in-house) to diverse audiences.
• Develop material in line with business needs
• Act as a competence guide for partners.
• Assist in the successful implementation and utilization of the LMS system (myLearning) alongside internal teams
• Ensure all materials and services are available and adapted to the audience.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation and quality case management records.
• Facilitate customer feedback and follow through.
• Understand partner and customer needs and transfer the information to other Geotab teams (e.g. Product management, Development, others)
• Act as product SME within the team
• Allows partners and customers to work with Geotab products in scalable and efficient ways.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Geotab solutions
• Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role

• Languages: Fluent English + Bahasa Indonesian (knowledge of Thai is a plus)
• A strong aptitude for learning and navigating new software platforms, demonstrating adaptability and quick comprehension of unfamiliar tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Adaptability, proactiveness, patience and empathy.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• University degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (industry experience is strongly preferred)

Requirements

a) Dissemble various types of aircraft components

b) Perform trouble shooting, assembly, inspection and testing of aircraft components

c) Perform minor rework or call out the relevant repair scheme

d) Read and understand CMM, Service Bulletins, Standard Practices or other relevant Airworthiness Data

e) Complete the documentation and records for each component and where applicable, sign and stamp each stage of the work performed

f) Release of components to service

g) Proficient in most of the requirements for multiple products

h) Cost conscious and have a sense of urgency to complete jobs by stipulated deadlines

i) Ability to work in various areas of the shop, uses sound judgment and is a team player

j) Accept ownership for the work assigned to him and perform his job in a safe and proficient manner

k) Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess basic problem solving skills

l) Aid in the maintenance of his personal work area, the workshop and shared facilities and equipment

Job Description

• Plan and arrange daily shipments, ensuring timely coordination with freight forwarders for bookings and deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to secure shipping schedules and ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation.
• Provide internal and external customers with pre-advised, complete shipping documentation.
• Oversee shipment processes for all machine models, including arranging crating, fumigation, and forklift services as required.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as shipping invoices, credit notes, packing lists, delivery orders, and certificates of origin.
• Package and dispatch spare parts to fulfill customer requirements based on marketing department requests.
• Manage all shipping activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining efficient documentation workflows.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping and logistics operations.
• Take on additional duties or responsibilities as assigned to support overall operations.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum educational qualification: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or N Level.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics.
• Familiarity with Syspro Business software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Eager to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
