Squarepoint is looking for a Platform Compute and Storage (PCS) Specialist to join our growing global team. The candidate will work alongside our global team to design, build, and maintain both compute and storage services that are continuously scaling to support the growth of the company. This role requires in depth knowledge of Linux platforms and distributed storage systems, including performance optimization and capacity management. This candidate will ideally have experience with bare metal, hypervisors, containers, and public cloud platforms. Your day to day could consist of hardware and software installation and configuration, monitoring and alerting improvements and configurations, automation and tool development, and much more.

• Manage systems efficiently at scale through standardization, automation, testing, and in depth monitoring
• Enforce development standards for source control, testing, and continuous integration for infrastructure, OS, patches, and configuration management
• Manage a distributed compute environment and several petabyte-scale storage systems
• Install, manage, and monitor the Linux operating system (RHEL based)

Required Qualifications:

Scope of work

• Prepare technical training materials for new kitchen equipment as and when needed.

Your Tasks

• Design and develop relevant pricing tools that support analysis and review of pricing, costing, operational process, and profit for selected customers.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a product and/ or service pricing role, or in a marketing or business analysis position will be an added advantage.

Role Purpose:

The role supports the Freight Manager, to ensure our imported bar feedstock needs as defined through our S&OP process, are delivered in full and on-time, as well as the most cost efficient and effective freight and logistics service that leverages our volume, demand planning, mill relationships and market insights.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Assist in negotiating and securing shipment, coordinating with ship owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

2. Support Freight Manager in managing day-to-day operational, including post-fixture activities and documentation.

E-Commerce Sales Support

Reports to:

Sales Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

• Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis for more than 300 employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Manage all aspects of payroll, including deductions, overtime, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Review and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness before processing.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work with internal departments, including HR and Finance, to gather necessary information and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Work closely with external payroll vendors, tax authorities, and other relevant third parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and taxation matters in a timely and professional manner.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to Singaporean employment laws on matters on CPF contributions, tax filing, and other statutory deductions.
• Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including CPF, tax filings, and other mandatory documents, in compliance with government deadlines.
• Assist in internal audits, maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions and related documentation.

Payroll System Management:

• Maintain and update the payroll system to ensure the accurate capture of employee data and payroll-related information.
• Work with HRIS/payroll software system to enhance payroll processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide recommendations for improving payroll processes and systems.

Recordkeeping & Confidentiality:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
• Ensure that all payroll records are properly maintained and archived according to company policies and legal requirements.

Other Related Tasks:

• Assist with annual salary review and bonus processing.
• Support any other payroll-related tasks or projects as required by the HR or Finance departments.
• Manage payroll operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of payroll processing experience in Singapore, preferably in fast-paced environment for a workforce over 300 employees.
• Experience with other payroll software systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's labor laws, tax regulations, and CPF requirements.
• High working proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: -

Primary Role:

• Assist the Branch/Store Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Plaza Singapura branch.
• Oversee daily sales payment collections, always ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and monitor Part-Time cashiers in managing payments and other cash-related transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries through in-store interactions, email, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels within the store and ensure accurate product tagging, pricing, and descriptions.
• Uphold the highest standards in visual merchandising by maintaining and presenting display products to a high standard.

Secondary Role:

• Support cross-functional cashiering or sales duties at Plaza Singapura, Music Square store when needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Leader.

Requirements: -

• Minimum GCE O-Level & above.
• 2 to 3 years of retail working experience.
• Possess knowledge of Guitars, Drums or Keyboard products.

1. Perform bookkeeping into the accounting system.
2. Prepare and ensure accuracy of AP aging report.
3. Prepare cash flow forecasting and annual budgeting.
4. Maintain organized records of supporting documents for both internal and external audit purposes.
5. Supplier Bills Processing:

• Receive and review bills from regular, term, and ad hoc suppliers.
• Verify bills in 3-way matching: Cross-referencing with purchase orders (PO), goods received notes (GRN)/ delivery orders, contract, and bills.
• Preparation of payment list with complete supporting documents.
• Monthly AP reconciliation with suppliers’ SOA.
• Communicate with vendors for month SOA matching and resolve payment-related queries.

6. Staff Claim Processing:

• Prepare staff claims with its supporting documents and check with the claim policies.
• Execute payments accurately with complete documents within established timelines.
