• Solid understanding of accounting standards like IFRS, with detailed understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and compliance
• Proficiency in financial systems, including SAP and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven track record to collaborate across cross-functional teams and geographies, including APAC and global collaborators
• Fluency in Mandarin, in addition to English, is required to effectively support the Taiwan entity and liaise with Mandarin-speaking collaborators
• Strong problem-solving skills to address local-specific complexities and align them with global processes
