RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and target high-end retail outlets, boutique stores, and exclusive distribution channels for luxury fragrance products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
• Present product portfolios and conduct negotiations with decision-makers to secure distribution deals.
• Support the development of retailer marketing strategy and own the go-to-market across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, out-of-store, social, influencer, media, etc.), partnering closely with global marketing, brand management, and sales.

Sales & Revenue Optimization

• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on promotional strategies and product launches.

Brand Advocacy

• Represent the company at luxury industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote the brand portfolio.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with the premium image and reputation of the company.

Market Research & Strategic Expansion

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities in luxury retail and emerging markets.
• Monitor competitor activities, luxury market trends, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute business expansion plans for new territories and untapped market segments.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, business performance reports, and client account reviews for senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines and maintain accurate client data.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–10 years’ of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the luxury retail, fragrance, or cosmetics sectors.
• Deep understanding of the luxury market and consumer behaviour with knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers and competitors on a regional and global level.
• Experience developing and delivering strategic vision for the fragrance category
• Experience building credibility and relationships with clients which includes an understanding of client strategy, priorities and launch processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience developing and delivering compelling and strategic presentations
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable and adaptable to entrepreneurial environment as well as structured, corporate atmosphere
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stake clients and projects.
• Be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
• A passion for luxury fragrances and an eye for detail.

Job Description

• Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)

• To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous)

• Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.

• To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc

• To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.

• To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.

• To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.

• To handle / support situation when pupils’ vomit, soiled their clothes.

General Duties

• To assist in canteen matters, utility, FAS application, arrears fee, bus booking, etc

• To help update the school activity notice board in the office (data accuracy is important)

• To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.

• To assist in general typing duties.

• To assist in Stores supplies management during school holidays

• To support any other general admin duties as and when required

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Full GCE ‘N’, or ‘O’ Level certificate or its equivalent
