- Analyzes and defines EDI requirements for both customers and business teams for needs and challenges to enable efficient exchange of information.

-Collaborates with EDI developers and internal teams to develop & test new or modified EDI requirements.

-Provide product and technical support to customers and internal team concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities.

-Responsible for testing , maintenance and troubleshooting on the EDI/B2B applications. Escalate technical queries that cannot be resolved directly to Manager and /or business teams.

-Contact trading partners and customers regarding issues with transactions placed.

Skills

· Multilingual

· Working hours (after the training) will be to cover US hours of operations (Noon EST to 8 PM EST)

· Minimum Education: High School Diploma.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good knowledge and understanding of MS Office.

· Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI transaction formats and processes.

· Experience in a customer service role with the understanding of order management system.

· Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner. Work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Short term contract role (scope for extension of contract).

Job Description:

• Manage large opportunities and lead them to closure through monitoring of pipeline of large opportunities, working closely within the SMB team, partners and end-customers
• Identify key Partners that can drive sales of Product, ensure readiness and focus of the respective Partners, identify capability and capacity gaps and mobilize internal/external resources to bridge the gaps, drive territory plans with respective Partners
• Coordinate pre-sales and sales efforts for the product with internal (Account Executive, Inside Sales, Cloud Specialist, Territory Channel Manager etc.) and external resources (Partner Sales & Technical teams)
• Driving deal closure, acceleration through partners, digital sales team and inside tele-sales team
• Co-creating GTM strategy and execution through partners, aligning with marketing plans and program offers
• Drive strong opportunity creation and pipeline management at scale via Partners.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer science, Information systems, Cyber security
• Fresh graduates or internship / 1 year experience in sales , pre sales role
• Should be comfortable doing a sales role
• Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills
