The Impact:

This position will be for someone with a good understanding of how fixed income instruments are priced with special focus on corporate, government bonds and ABS. The successful candidate will be expected to perform pricing operations, analytics and become a credit product specialist in the designated area. Operational tasks such as data delivery, customer support, and client relationships will also be part of this role. SQL and VBA programming is also required to help develop and further enhance existing excel based tool kits.

· Responsible for accurately pricing various sectors of the APAC fixed income market using proprietary models

· Perform credit spread analysis and dealers quote research

· Analyze primary and secondary markets

· Maintain existing pricing models as well as increase sector coverage

· Assist and support all bond pricing/fixed income related projects

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics

· 4-6 years’ related experience and solid understanding of fixed income instruments, structured finance and loans

· Ability to engage and present to clients of all levels of seniority

· Ability to monitor macro and micro credit events and apply to daily workflow

· Strong analytical and programming skills in VBA and SQL is essential

• Triage & Managing the Queue - ensure that inbound cases have the correct values in key fields: Severity, Category, Subcategory, and Case Synopsis. And also verify the contact and hotel information.
• Self-assignment - you will assign yourself cases from the queue not only in areas where you have expertise, but in subjects that will challenge you and help you grow.
• Case Management - We do not follow a tiered support structure; rather, you will own each case from Opening to Resolution. By relying on Training, Playbooks, Knowledge, and Peers, you will quickly learn to troubleshoot and resolve cases across all Duetto products.
• Escalations - You will need to document product defects (using written text and video content) for escalation to R&D. You must be able to articulate Expected Behavior, Actual Behavior, and Repro Steps to Engineering.
• Once you have on-boarded for one year and have become an independent contributor, you may be eligible for promotion to Senior Specialist. Senior Specialists have the following added responsibilities: peer review of knowledge articles, peer review of case escalations, and system monitoring (using tools such as sentry.io, sumologic.com, etc.)

JOB SUMMARY

Contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Building and Maintaining Customer Base

· Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.

· Follow up on referrals/leads from owners.

· Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.

· Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, make aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).

Giving Sales Presentations

· Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
