· Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the design team to curate visually stunning displays for the office showroom to showcase the beauty and craftsmanship of the jewellery/gems.

· Collaboration with Artisans: Foster relationships with jewellery artisans and craftsmen locally in the wholesale and retail sector, highlighting the craftsmanship behind each piece and leveraging these stories in marketing campaigns.

· Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market insights to make informed decisions, optimize marketing strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.

· Sales Strategizing and Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies for Khiards. Will be expected to achieve and exceed mutually agreed upon sales targets. Utilize proven techniques to drive sales growth to expand and strengthen our presence in both retail and wholesale gemstone and jewellery markets in Singapore.

· Sales Reports Analysis: Generate and analyse monthly sales performance through sales reports and track progress against set strategies and targets. Will be expected to course correct if sales are continually below expectations, escalating to higher management if necessary.

· Sales and Marketing Strategy Cohesiveness: Make sure the sales and omni-channel marketing strategies align with one another. For example, a promotion advertised in one medium should be reflected seamlessly throughout the company.

· Inventory Management: Organize, count, and log inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient order fulfilment. Collaborate with the operations team to manage stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

· Office Showroom Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the physical store, ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-organized environment.

· Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative duties, such as processing sales transactions, maintaining customer records, and managing paperwork related to inventory and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Service Design - This role works closely, in a 24/7 operations and coordinating fraud intelligence and taking swift actions on accounts that had been or might be used for fraudulent activities
• Assist with developing and implementing Fraud Risk Management Framework and all associated policies and procedures (including risk metrics/ monitors)
• Ensure they are effectively embedded Follow up and analyze abnormal transactions activity on customers' account.
• Manage customer's expectation and explain to customer on suspected scam activities.
• Coordinate and support detection, investigation and mitigation.
• Understand when to escalate events and to whom
• Be responsible for incident triage, response and escalation
• Be responsible for both reactive and proactive security investigations
• Assist in statistics collation on the various scams reported to the organisation to submit for monthly management reporting and any others task and assignment by the line manager & management

What’s The Role?

Our team is looking for a hardworking and technically motivated Customer Support Training Specialist to join the team at the Singapore office. As part of the Training team, you'll be responsible for all matters related to developing/maintaining skills and knowledge vital to the success of our Customer Support employees. From the day they join Bloomberg you will help them build technical knowledge to help foster their careers across our firm. Your involvement starts from the design and development of the relevant materials, which will be suitable for either instructor-led, e-learning, or self-directed learning activities. You will consistently link the training to business performance and ensure that your solutions are effective, scalable globally and aligned with our department priorities. In addition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and roll-out of new initiatives and enhancements from their early stages through to implementation. • Be an epic colleague - communicate and work closely with stakeholders such as Business Leaders, SMEs, Strategy and Analytics Team and Engineering on a cross-regional basis
• Be flexible to department needs, able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions and be detail oriented for projects or research as required

You'll Need To Have:

• Demonstrated experience of Bloomberg's Terminal software and its installation processes
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting, implementation, or customer support role
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer support workflow, private IP network and/or FIX connectivity
• A dynamic approach and real passion for delivery of training with a relentless desire for continued learning
• Strong customer focus and technical aptitude with an outstanding level of customer service
• Strong project management, presentation and communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
• Attention to detail with excellent prioritization and time management skills
• A talent for managing without authority, influencing up and networking
• Ability to learn new technologies and workflows quickly and adapt to ever changing work demands with a desire to expand your technological expertise
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
