Position Overview

Working within the Embedded SRE organisation, the role will be expected to perform the RTB (run the business) activities for the business that we support. The Application Support Analyst will be expected to work on on-call rotations to handle, triage and escalate on alarms and issues that may arise during their shift. Roles and Responsibilities:

Casework & Counselling

• Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for new intakesto identify needs, strengths, and risks and make necessary referrals for clients.

Support Programme & Workshops
