• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Scope of work

• Supervise students at the GEAR-Up Room
• Ensure that students tidy-up the GEAR-Up Room and canteen area before they leave.
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.
• Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students in the GYM room
• Clean the gym room and the sports hub.
• Any other duties as assigned by School Leaders.

2. Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:

• Logistics-related work

Contract Period: From state duration e.g. 15 Jan 2025 to 31 May 2025 and 1 July 2025 to 31 Oct 2025 (about 9 months) with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 Jan 2026 to 31 May 2026 and 1 July 2026 to 31 Oct 2026 (9 months).

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Should have 4+ years’ experience in application support activity.
