Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, sustainable referral relationships by consistently engaging with bankers.
• Develop new banker relationships to ensure a balanced and robust referral source portfolio.
• Deliver professional, high-quality advice on liquidity planning and insurance needs to clients.
• Achieve annual net revenue targets as agreed during the annual review process.
• Ensure full compliance with the Company's internal policies, procedures, and MAS regulatory requirements.
• Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case information into the CRM system.
• Submit new business documents in a timely and precise manner.
• Provide ongoing quality service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews.
• Support team members in client meetings, medicals, and presentations.
