Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Sales Executive Requirements:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To handle incoming RFQs received from customers and to review each RFQ carefully to understand the customer's requirements, specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Provide strong support and work closely with Sales team to execute sales activities through timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, customer requests, any additional information needed to prepare the quotation and to update into system with relevant information sourced, such as pricing details, availability of products, and special terms or conditions.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Customer Service team to ensure alignment on pricing, availability of products, technical specifications, lead time, etc. and to maintain good business contact with Suppliers.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on the customer's RFQ, including pricing, terms of sale, delivery schedules, and any special terms applicable to the customers.
• Ensure that quotations are submitted to the customer timely and accurate responses to customer RFQs and facilitating the conversion of quotations into sales orders.
• May assist the sales team in negotiating prices with customers, addressing any pricing concerns or discrepancies, and seeking approval from Sales-in-charge / Management for any deviations from standard pricing policies.
• To follow up with customers after submitting quotations. Maintain regular follow-up and communicate with customers throughout the quotation process, providing updates on the status of their RFQ, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all RFQs received, quotations prepared, and sales orders generated, including documentation of any special terms or conditions agreed upon with customers.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, managing customer’s email enquiries etc.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support operations by streamlining and enhancing the RFQ handling process.
• Handle tasks assigned by the Sales Team/Management from time to time

Education and Experience Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service support job functions, strongly preferred in a similar field (Electronics Industry)
• 2-3 years of experience in a Sales support role or other customer-focused environment
• Ability to work independently , responsible and as a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel ,Power-point)
• Strong customer service orientation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2 years experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship

3) Must be knowledgeable about durians and fruits from various countries and states

4) Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of durians and fruits

5) Need to train staff assistant

6) Be able to identify sales trends

7) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.
