• Lighting - Involves setting up, operating, and managing lighting equipment used during events.
• Audio - Setup and management of audio equipment, such as microphones, speakers, mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue), and any other audio-related technology. The Personnel ensures that the sound quality is optimal for both live audiences and recordings, if applicable. He/she shall handle the balancing of audio levels, manage live feeds, and ensure clear audio delivery for speeches, music, and other sound elements of the event.
• Video - Managing video equipment such as cameras, projectors, screens, and video editing tools. The personnel will be involved in live-streaming events, recording them for later broadcast, or displaying various visual elements on screens during the event. He/she shall ensure the video quality and visual content are aligned with the event's objectives.
• Stage Management - Setting up and managing the physical stage where the event takes place. The Personnel shall provide assistance to ensure that the stage is safe, properly arranged, and equipped with necessary elements like podiums and seating arrangements. He/she shall coordinate with the Authority’s staff to ensure smooth transitions between different segments of each event, such as speeches, performances, or presentations.

(b) Assist Authority’s staff in the setup of AV equipment

· The Personnel shall assist Authority’s staff in setting up ICT/AV equipment for events, meetings and lessons when required.

· The Personnel shall assist teachers in video-recording school events and lessons when required.

· The Personnel is expected to supervise students who are tasked to video-record school events.

· The Personnel shall supervise & guide Media Club during their activities in the area of audio & visual skills set.

· The Personnel shall conduct AV training for students and staff when required.

(c) ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

· The Personnel shall work with HOD (ICT) / ICT Manager / ICT Associate to propose solutions to ICT/AV persistent challenges that the Authority is facing which includes technical specifications and cost of implementations.

· The Personnel shall assist HOD (ICT) / ICT Manager / ICT Associate with the procurement process with regards to ICT/AV related solutions and services.

(d) Managing ICT & AV Resources

· The Personnel shall assist ICT department in managing the Authority's ICT & AV resources such as condemnation of ICT & AV equipment and the loan of ICT & AV equipment.

· The Personnel shall conduct annual maintenance of hardware and carry out troubleshooting and basic repair of ICT & AV equipment.

(e) Media Post Production

· The Personnel are anticipated to play an integral role in the post-production process of video and audio recordings captured by the Authority’s staff.

· Video editing – He/she shall compile the raw footage, cut and arrange the clips to create a coherent narrative or sequence. This includes selecting the best takes, arranging them in the desired order, and ensuring the flow of the video aligns with the project's goals. In addition, he/she shall be required to add titles, subtitles, and any on-screen graphics required for the video.

· Sound Editing and Mixing – He/she shall work on dialogues, background noises, and other audio elements. He/she shall remove unwanted sounds, enhance clarity of dialogues, and may add ambient sounds or effects to enrich the audio quality. He/she shall select or compose the right music or soundtrack for the video.

(f) Other Tasks

· Any other duties assigned by the Authority.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall preferably have certification/qualification in AV-related field. The Personnel shall have at least 4 years of working experience in handling audio and visual equipment for events.

The FairPrice Group Supply Chain Business Unit (FPG SC BU) or Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd (GLS) is a key logistics service provider to NTUC FairPrice Group and external customers. Our services provided include inbound logistics, warehouse and fulfilment and last mile delivery to the stores, customers and B2C home delivery.

Job Purpose

You will be a key member to contribute towards the growth and delivery of the Supply Chain Development & Analytics department. This position will be responsible for developing and driving the overall planning, implementation, control and completion of the supply chain and/or network design related projects, ensuring alignment with the Supply Chain development and larger Supply Chain BU strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and managing the project scope, deliverables, implementation, resource plan, cost, timeline and across all related work streams and functions, providing sound decision making and leadership under pressure.
• Identify key stakeholders, determine project requirements, address key concerns of stakeholders and designing an effective communication plan for each project.
• Engage and manage relationships and expectations with cross functional stakeholders (mid to senior management level) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate project implementation costing, financial tracking/reporting to ensure efficient utilisation of resources and within budget and allocation of costs to respective project stakeholders.
• Partner and collaborate with Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop metrics, dashboard, reporting project results and track actual cost saving after deployment to ensure alignment with overall company and business group strategies.
• Provide and present regular status reporting on project implementation progress, highlights and lowlights including recommendations to project stakeholders and sponsor(s) to enable overall project progress monitoring.
• Develop and lead the change management plan including conducting training (where applicable) and addressing any queries/concerns raised by project stakeholders.
• Embedding quality across all aspects of the project to deliver successfully, enforcing project governance, ensuring transparent and timely communication to project sponsors and stakeholders on any emerging risks/dependencies and corresponding mitigation plans.
• Anticipate and manage changes to both project plan / framework as well as project scope and detailed documentation of project and changes.

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience related to supply chain network and optimisation and transformational projects for retail, FMCG, e-Commerce industries etc.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Possess a in-depth knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain including logistics, transportation, process improvement and inventory management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, lean or six sigma.
• Strong leadership qualities to negotiate and exercise influence when managing internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong change agent who drives and champions change.
• Proven ability to lead, manage multiple and complex projects as well as effectively manage change and project budgets.
