Role Summary:

You will be responsible for operations related to raw material warehousing and facility waste management, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and executing company environmental safety and health policies and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw material warehousing management business (including receipt, shipment, storage, inventory, etc.).
• Management of scrapped products.
• Implement the company's environmental safety and health policies, 5S management, and reservoir area planning, management, and maintenance.
• Finished and semi-finished product warehouse warehousing management business (including warehousing, outgoing, packaging, storage, Inventory, etc.)
• Business waste management and related removal assistance matters.
• Warehousing facility management. (e.g. cold room, ASRS etc)

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Possess at least a Diploma's degree.
• Minimum 1 years of work experience.
• Candidates with experience in warehouse operations/utility waste management will be given preference.
• Applicants with forklift, organic solvent business, and specific chemical substance business licenses will be given priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, M365 and Power Point)

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), which coordinates the national effort to undertake the electrical infrastructure upgrades and deployment of electric vehicles charging points (EVCPs) primarily in Singapore’s residential carparks.

As a Deputy Engineering Specialist, you will serve as an in-house expert on EV charging and other EV-related matters.

Job Responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

· Maintain current on EV charging and related developments in the industry. You are to advise on EVe emerging trends (e.g. battery swapping, etc.) and how it can shift EVe operation strategy. Provide recommendations to developing mitigation measures (e.g. dynamic electrical load measuring and management, etc.) for implementation.

· Support and provide site assessment of potential costs to upgrade electrical infrastructure to support EV charger deployment.

· Develop tender specifications and requirements for electrical infrastructure upgrade.

· Provide specialist advice on potential electrical-related issues in the infrastructure upgrade proposal and recommend solutions to optimize upgrade projects on cost and time.

· Maintain compensation and performance management systems to retain quality manpower and exit poor performers.

Requirements

· Tertiary education in Electrical Engineering with exceptional academic credentials and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates should demonstrate an intent to work towards obtaining Professional Engineer certification.

· Conscientious, diligent, and determined attitude

· Self-starter and keen learner with an interest in EV charging and related technologies.

· Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with various stakeholders.

· Good command of both written and spoken English language.

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Office software

· Candidate with more experience may be considered for senior position
