Position Overview:The Sales Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role involves strategic planning, team management, market analysis, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business growth and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
   Identify new market opportunities and formulate strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
   
2. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
   Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
   Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
   
3. Revenue and Target Achievement:Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
   Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
   Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with key clients.
   
4. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
   Oversee the development of client retention and loyalty programs.
   Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
   
5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
   Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market demand.
   Represent the sales team in executive meetings and contribute to company-wide decision-making.
   
6. Financial and Budgetary Oversight:Manage the sales department’s budget, including forecasting and financial planning.
   Ensure profitability through cost-effective sales strategies and resource allocation.
   
7. Reporting and Analytics:Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
   Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, with 7+ years of experience in sales and 3+ years in management.
• Skills:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
• To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.

Job Requirements

1) Have at least 3 years relevant experience in Singapore

2) Manage various fruit stalls in Singapore and its employees

3) Must be knowledgeable about vegetables and fruits from various countries and states

4) Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of vegetables and fruits

5) Need to train staff assistant

6) Be able to identify sales trends

7) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
