As a Case Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

• Contact customers to educate them about seeking third party claim recovery for their IncomeShield claims;
• Assist the customers, wherever possible, in their third party claim recovery journey;
• Build relationship with the customers to secure future third party claim recoveries;
• Attend to enquiries raised by customers relating to their IncomeShield claims;
• Check payment details made by third party insurers to allocate these payments correctly to their respective claim numbers
