Your Key Responsibilities

Working as an Agile Team Member, managing and executing a variety of tasks

Lead development projects using the OutSystems platform, ensure projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

Optimize the OutSystems applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Attain a detailed understanding of the customer’s business needs and apply the OutSystems technology to meet those needs.

Interacting with Business Users as necessary to clarify requirements

Taking responsibility for the quality of the software developed and delivered

User Story Effort Estimation

Software Development including meeting the Definition of Done

Software Testing including fulfilling the Acceptance Criteria

To qualify for the role, you must have:

At least a degree or diploma in a relevant technical field

Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.

Experienced in Agile Software Development

Experienced in Web Applications, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Experienced in Software Integration using APIs and Web Services

Experienced in Database Systems

Advanced knowledge of the OutSystems platform, with the ability to code and debug issues.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage marketplace operations including product listing creation/update, content

management, product market research. Ensure products are synchronize in all marketplaces.

2. Responsible for marketing campaign registration in marketplaces. Utilize marketing tools on the

platform with Key Account Managers (for campaign pages, homepage exposure, voucher exposure,

BMO, etc.)

3. Participate in the preparation of store promotion strategy and coordinate internal resources to

achieve sales target.

4. Create, manage and refresh store layout design in all the marketplace. Ability to create a new

store from scratch will be highly valued.

5. Involve in the operations of inventories management, fulfillment and packing of parcels, assist in inventories update and unpacking of goods.

As a FSI Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals, and meeting company targets. This is a role for a strong enterprise sales professional who has a proven track record in closing complex enterprise software deals. The role is ideally suited to a business hungry hunter who can open new accounts and has the required gravitas to manage C-suite stakeholders.
