As a Payroll Executive, you will be assisting with the following:
- Manage the main and ad-hoc payroll processing runs per month such as salary payment, bonuses and festive advance payments, including but not limited to data verifications, prepare and consolidate reports, seek approvals of payments
- Manage and process employees’ claims and reimbursement process, such as overtime, night duty allowance, including submission and processing of Government-paid leave claims and National Service make-up claims, and ensuring relevant database are recorded accurately and timely
- Provide support for any payroll audit, such as preparation of documents for auditor’s sighting and provide answer(s) to auditor’s queries where required
- Perform payroll related reconciliation, such as bank reconciliation and prepare reclassification where required
- Ensure statutory filing such as CPF submission Annual Tax reporting, IR21 and other filing is carried out on time
- Participate in system enhancement activities such as systems User Acceptance Testing of application where required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or relevant
- Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
- Experience in SAP software added advantage
- Good understanding of payroll policies and applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Able to multitask and good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of data
