Our Client is a well-established company in Singapore to serve the semiconductor and electronics industries both local and globally.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver excellent customer support to corporate clients, managing their orders and requests end-to-end.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation requests.
· Prepare and submit accurate quotations in a timely manner.
· Provide required documents through customers' respective management systems.
· Proactively update customers on order status and shipment schedules.
· Maintain accurate records of spare parts price lists for customers.
· Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and shipments.
· Assist customers with customs queries by preparing and submitting the necessary documentation.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
· Strong command of spoken and written English.
· Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
