• Manage key accounts by promoting Air Freight solutions across targeted trade routes.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and proactively follow up on air freight opportunities.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports to the Freight Forwarding Sales Leader.
• Respond swiftly to tenders and RFQs to remain competitive in the market.
• Coordinate and participate in regular client review sessions to ensure satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Provide accurate and prompt rate quotations to customers and prospects.
