We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our exciting team, to play a pivotal role in our banking technology division, responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of critical banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank’s portfolio of applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.
• Hands-on work on technical issue troubleshooting and ensure application functionality.
• Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, track incidents, and proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking application.
• Continuously work towards making improvements in the release process.
• Provide regular reports on application support metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support project team on DEV, SIT and UAT environment deployment and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3 years of Technical/Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.
• Good knowledge on Linux OS, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent understanding of the CI/CD practice.
• Familiar with application release methodology.
• Experience in software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a financial services institution with understanding of MAS technology risk requirements.
• Highly self-motivated to excel in assigned tasks and to deliver results for a digital bank.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on development experience is a plus.

· Receive and prioritize emails based on urgency; reallocate within support teams and help in recovery actions to meet the TRO.

· Monitor the incoming demand through ISM tool and ensure right assignments on time.

· Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Support the logistics department in managing and tracking shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping schedules, and delivery logs.
