Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience for full spectrum of finance functions (AP, AR, CB, GL and reconciliation) and maintaining full set of accounts
• AR function include sales invoices preparation and liaison with Payroll team on the information provided; follow up with clients and internal consultants on the arrears
• Responsible for monthly management reporting and annual statutory financial reporting
• Responsible for quarterly GST returns preparation and submission
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises
• Ad hoc statutory statistics and surveys submission from relevant authorities
• Timely preparation and sending out of sales invoices upon received from Payroll team
• To improve the follow up and reduce the outstanding debtors listing
• Timely and accuracy of monthly and annual financial closing and reporting
• Timely and accuracy of quarterly GST returns preparation and submission

Work Relations & Key Stakeholders:

• Internal: business leaders and payroll team (shared services)
• External: clients, auditors, tax and corporate secretarial agents and government agencies

Requirement:

• Experience with use of accounting software; knowledge on XERO will be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams
• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent studies
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in full spectrum of finance and accounts functions.
