Responsibilities:

• Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts.
• Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through
• Prospecting to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for MiR and Healthcare, retail industry for Meditech
• Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers’ needs.
• Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
• Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business or IT
• Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions
• At least 4 years of sales experience
