Job Description:

Shall provide daily on-site DESKTOP management and support services (“DESKTOP Support Services”) for end-users’ End UserComputing Devices (DESKTOP) which are used in the Customer’s environment with the Customer’s approval. The general scope of Desktop Support Services shall minimally include:

(a) Image build management;

(b) Administration and configuration;

(c) End-user account management;

(d) End-user device hardening and lockdown;

(e) Trouble-shooting and problem resolution; and

Shall minimally support the following types of DESKTOP:

Minimum Requirement:

The Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer meet the following requirements:

(a) Minimum one (1) year of DESKTOP Support, ICT End User Computing or Service Desk Agent experience;

(b) Ability to perform the daily DESKTOP Support operations with minimum supervision;

(c) Possess technical skills in supporting existing and new computing devices such as desktops, notebooks and mobile devices;

(d) Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN to troubleshoot computer problems; and

(e) Possess at least one (1) of the following certifications:

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work

closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. ARC Tier

1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer

issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non-

technical support functions.

ACR Tier 1 functions and responsibilities (not limited)

12 hours shift mandataory

 Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR

handling, Monitoring consoles)

o 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems

i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale

o Security event monitoring

o Server and network availability and performance monitoring

o Password reset and unlock

o Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]

 Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

 Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties

 Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level

agreement.

Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operation Procedure

Requirements

• 3 years of Technical/Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.
• Good knowledge on Linux OS, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent understanding of the CI/CD practice.
• Familiar with application release methodology.
• Experience in software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a financial services institution with understanding of MAS technology risk requirements.
• Highly self-motivated to excel in assigned tasks and to deliver results for a digital bank.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on development experience is a plus.

• Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications, including Active Directory Services, data centers, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backups, and more. Additionally, oversee network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, wireless networks, desktops, mobile, and remote devices.
• Ensure automated system backups, successful execution of recovery and disaster recovery plans, and timely application of patches. Monitor system resource usage to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with external vendors to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including administration and user guides.
• Provide technical support for both local and overseas branch users across LAN and WAN environments, maintaining strict security standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; CCNA certification is an added advantage.

• Proficient in enterprise networking, including the implementation and support of WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization.
• Experienced in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and later versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products and services.
• Knowledgeable in internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations.
