Reporting to the Operations Director, you will actively develop new prospects and maintain existing business accounts, prepare and deliver presentations on company products and services, conduct market research to identify selling opportunities, and prepare proposals and quotations. You will close profitable business deals, record and analyse monthly sales trends, coordinate with internal departments for order fulfilment, respond to customer enquiries, offer effective solutions, and liaise with customers on sales enquiries, price negotiations, and quality issues.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /

Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Support filling sales related reports & date base and customer analytics.

4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide basic information about products, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant sales staff and departments.

5. Occasionally join sales staff for meeting with prospective customers.

6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, customizing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.

7. Organize timely follow up with customers on previously quoted projects and their status and report back to sales staff and/ or management.

8. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements

Duties

· Supporting Sales Team with ongoing existing customer compliance list requirements such as KYC, Supplier Due Diligence Compliance list, Supplier sustainability compliance, Supplier onboarding documents and Supplier Finance statements.

· Supporting Sales Team for RFP & RFI responses, working with internal stakeholders for technical and compliance matters.

· Follow up with customers’ request to support the AE on One time charge, Custom part Labour installation and material requests.

· Follow up with customers’ request to support the AE including budgetary quotation (especially basic services like interconnections).

· Supporting Sales Team on coordination and following up on termination and renewal request.

· Supporting Sales Team with SFDC usage leading to the generation of Sales Order Forms.

Skills

· Salesforce, Excel and Power Point knowledge and experience is required.

· 3+ years of experience in Sales Admin / Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco/Data Centre industries.

- Experience in Siebel & Salesforce will be required

· Post-secondary or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT/Technology related field.
