Job Purpose

The Pre-Sales Team of ICE Data Services provides professional, detailed, customer-focused support to position ICE in providing pricing and analytics data solutions to the buy side, sell side and other financial institutions within APAC. Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Discipline and Management Support:

• Patrol school premises and surrounding areas during and after school hours to ensure student safety and discipline.
• Assist with disciplinary investigations and follow-up actions, including handling student late-comers and those in detention or in-house suspension.
• Oversee and administer Corrective Work Orders as required.

1. Administrative Duties:

• Input data into the School Cockpit mobile system and other school-based systems for tracking student information.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Minimum of a diploma (preferred fields: Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling, or similar).

Experience:

The Senior Support Engineer is responsible for the support, operations and maintenance of the software applications.
