Qualifications and Experience:

• Highly sales focused – experience in like roles preferred.
• Understanding of Risk and Compliance within large multi-national corporations and large local international firms in Singapore and ASEAN markets.
• The role requires knowledge of the 3rd party risk management workflow – i.e. onboarding, screening, ongoing monitoring and automation.
• A proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment.
• Strong presentation and ppt skills primarily for large scale conferences and webinars.

An MNC in Property and Real Estate industry is currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join their expanding team.

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible to provide support to the sales team for L1 system issues or errors, supporting sales training, becoming subject matter expert on sales and system process flows, generate quotes and service orders from the system, internal and external customer service, translating business requirements into the system for sales process, and capturing sales data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support role
• Previous experience handling ERP/SAP/Oracle/Salesforce/ServiceNow is a must
• Sales or Customer Service background is good to have
