As the Data & AI - Sales Specialist you will be accountable for the Azure Data and AI business in your territory, and play a key role in driving sales, nurturing customer relationships, driving alignment and partnership with internal stakeholders (Account teams, Customer Success teams, Engineering and product leadership teams), and customer/partner stakeholders. You will lead the Azure Data and AI business transformation in your territory by creating and executing the Azure plan. Sales Excellence

• Applies the orchestration model to leverage and expand relationships with internal stakeholders and partners (e.g., Enterprise Operating Unit). Navigates the MSFT organization to bring the best impact to the customer.
• Collaborates with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and with a network of partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Identifies new partners by researching and discussing with partners on customer scenarios.
• Develops joint proposal with partners. Contributes to developing partner strategies to address gaps in partner capabilities.

Technical Expertise

• Initiates conversations with prospective customers/partners at events to expand external network. Acts as a subject matter expert in one or more solution area(s).

Main Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for renewal of the existing service plans (and maintenance) for standard and custom systems
• Be proactive in proposing service plans for newly installed standard and custom systems
• Position spare parts as part of the service offering
• Follow-up and keep track of quotes sent (close opportunities)
• Advise customers & Sales representative on the client’s Service Plans & Spare Parts offering
• Guide and support Sales through the different steps of the quotation process, if requested

1. Contact Sales Rep, discuss with them about an opportunity to sell a Service Plan.
2. Create draft quote with all attachments and share it with the Sales rep.

4. Send the quote to the customer. If the customer already has a Service Plan for other systems, we can add the new system to the quote for the renewal of the existing Service Plan.

• Connect with FSE and identify systems that require multiple spare parts or critical spares in customer’s process, promote the client’s Spare Parts Advisory Service.

• Provide all relevant information (items numbers for service and spare parts, and documentation) when contacted by Sales reps.
• Create and Track Unite Tickets, and Cases with Kits Spares for spare parts not set up in the CRM (Salesforce)
