• Deliver exceptional customer engagements: Based at your facility location, you will prepare and deliver engagements to enterprise customers that are both technically deep and inspirational. Your role:

As a member of Loan Ops and Documentation team supporting Australia booking center within GWM APAC Operations Hub, the team’s key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and checking of credit documentation for Australia GWM credit products such as Lombard, Mortgage and Structured transactions. The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
