Sales Executive (Retail Sales)

• Location: Serangoon
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Must be able to work on weekends)
• Working hours : 11am to 9pm
• Salary : $3,100 basic+ Comm

Requirement

• Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
• Minimum GCE “N” level

Job Scope

• Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer
• Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
• Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom

1. Daily activities

- Answer phone calls and emails

- Processing orders including quotations, invoicing, delivery, and shipping

- Picking stock and analysing the quantities for reordering

- Receiving goods from suppliers and ensuring inventory is in order

- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

2. Weekly reporting

- Receipting and handling customers' payments

- Compiling backorders and issuing Purchase Orders plus monitoring suppliers

- Tabulating customer and supplier invoices

- Managing loan items. returns and unusual cases

- Up-to-date stock take as and when necessary

3. Monthly duties

- Statement of Accounts to customers

- Call on customers for receivable matters

- Tracking of customer returns, warranty and supplier responses

- Medical device registrations

- Sales reports

4. Job Requirements

- Dedicated to helping dental customers to fulfil patients' oral objectives

- Attention to detail, independent and not error-prone

- 5 days of work

Bookkeeping knowledge will be advantageous.

Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including generating performance reports and identifying improvement areas.
• Assist with sales quotations, proposals and project tasks for new and existing customers while keeping organized documentation.
• Manage sales activities, traffic and event bookings, ensuring timely communication with customers and the operations team.
• Liaise with teams to resolve customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring prompt and positive responses.
• Prepare sales materials, cover weekend activities and stay updated on industry trends to enhance support functions.
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or a related field preferred.
• Min. 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
• Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
