Responsibilities

1. Identify markets and understand of products, searching new potential customers and new market opportunities and growth of business.
2. Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
3. Management of new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording and follow up with the objective of increasing revenue. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated.
4. Collect and communicate market and competitor’s information to corporate management team on a frequent basis.
5. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and mange sales drives across the APAC region.

• Establish and generate new sales using existing and potential customer network;
• Develop an annual strategy and monthly monitoring schedule for sales;
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions;
• Monitor sales metrics;
• Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition;
• Organise product trials, meetings, demonstrations and promotions for potential clients and sales opportunities;
• Plan regional sales budget and develop a sales plan for key accounts and customers in the region;
• Report on sales schedule, weekly sales reports and updates;
• Handle customer feedback and prototyping approval;
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;

• Monitor competitors’ pricing strategy, activities and products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant sales or account management experience;
• Experience in working with regional sales accounts, including distributors and end-users;
• In-depth understanding of regional markets relating to Quick Service Restaurant and Meat Processing industries;
• In-depth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies;
• Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
• Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team;  Able to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task;
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
