Duties and Responsibilities

· Panel beating of damage surface, paint preparation, spray painting of heavy vehicles such as 12m buses, trucks, engineering plant and any surface requires spray painting by the supervisor and management.

· Attach livery decals on vehicles surfaces.

· Support for operations such as items removal, installation, fabrication and repairs.

· Attend to ad hoc job by management.

· Responsible for personal safety and work in a safe manner in workplace.

Qualifications and Work Experience

· Experienced in surface preparations and paint preparations (mixing and thinning).

· Technical institute in Automotive (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

· Min. 5 years of experience in heavy vehicle body workshop for interested parties without formal technical education.

Skills and Competencies

· Good hands-on skills.

· Good discipline in carrying out assigned task responsibly and on-time.

· Self-motivated, good working attitude and co-operative.

· Willing to perform over-time as and when required to churn out vehicle on-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform real-time analysis and trending of security log data from various security devices and systems.
• Maintain data sources feeding the log monitoring system, develop and maintain detection and alerting rules.
• Respond to user incident reports and evaluates the type and severity of security events.
• Execute initial triage of incidents to rule out false positives.
• Identify recurring security issues and risks and develops mitigation plans and recommends process improvements.
• Interpret and apply security policies and procedures.
• Establish escalation processes for security incidents and develops contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or Science (Computer Studies).
• Experience: A minimum of three years’ cumulative work experience in at least one of the following roles: Cyber Defense Incident Responder, Cyber Incident Responder, ICT Security Operations Analyst, or ICT Threat Monitoring Analyst.

Our Client:

Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a Regional Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee the regulatory requirements of beauty products within the APAC region.

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee beauty product registrations, renewals, regulatory documentation, requirements and regulatory processes.

· Manage the beauty registration for both Singapore and Malaysia, with possible additions to manage registrations for other countries in the APAC region (possibly Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam).

· Track and monitor regulatory submissions for all countries in scope, working closely with in-country teams and external consultants.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities on proposals, submissions and satisfying requests or amendments.

· Assist the Trade Compliance Manager on other trade compliance matters such as import licensing, customs classification, management of audits/investigations, etc.

Job Requirements

· Exposure within a regulatory role or customs broker role within the beauty or pharmaceutical industry.

· Familiar and has good understanding of regulations and standards relating to beauty products at a regional level (APAC).

· Must have experience submitting product notifications to HSA. Plus point if also have experience in submitting product registrations for Malaysia, and any other countries in the region.

· Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a “can do” attitude.
