Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate quotations, ensuring follow-up to convert inquiries into sales
• Manage client communications, resolve queries and concerns swiftly to uphold excellent service standards
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows, including overseas events. Manage booth setup, engage with potential clients, and collect leads to support sales efforts
• Support the preparation and submission of tender documents. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information and ensure compliance with tender requirements
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure data integrity
• Manage additional administrative tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform retail duties in the assigned outlet.
• Welcome customers to the store and attending to them.

• Seek and develop new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in interior design, architecture, or building material sales.

• Minimum 2 years in commercial interior design.

• Experience managing projects from concept to completion is a plus.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, V-Ray, or 3D Max.

• Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, finishes, and construction documentation.

• Familiarity with tender preparation and construction processes.

• Sales-driven, with the ability to approach clients and close deals.

• Team player with strong performance orientation and a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle extra assignments.

• Passionate about interior fit-outs for retail, commercial, and residential projects.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects effectively.

• Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure continuous growth
• Expand market share with existing and new customers
• Willingness to meet clients on-site to understand their needs, provide hands-on demonstrations, and establish a personal connection to build trust.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering, or relevant education.
• Prefer 2 years experience in related industry.
• Possess Class 3 license with own vehicle
